Winfest Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

1General Introduction

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

Each user may register one account only. If multiple accounts are found, Winfest reserves the right to close them and forfeit any associated balances.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account closure. The following information must be kept up to date:

• Date of Birth
• Email address (active and your own)
• Mobile Number
• Payment Method Details

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.

KYC Verification Process

Winfest conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to comply with security and financial regulations. The following documents may be required prior to withdrawal or for large transactions:

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Winfest supports deposits and withdrawals via popular Bangladeshi mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined by the rules of each individual payment method.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only, once per account.
• Winnings from bonus funds must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal (typically 10–30x).
• Bonuses have a claiming deadline. Once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Winfest reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Winfest reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Winfest is not liable for any losses caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is fully random and independently audited.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, Winfest may place a hold on payments pending investigation.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winfest. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools to play games or place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward other players or staff.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

8Responsible Gaming

• Account compromise resulting from the user's own negligence.

12Policy on Changes to Terms
